As an Ohio Workers Compensation Paralegal with us, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the legal process.
Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all phases of workers' compensation cases, from initial intake to resolution Reviewing and analyzing initial claims including medical records Calls with clients, physicians, TPAs, opposing counsel, BWC, etc.
Preparation of claims for hearings Day-to-day case management of claims including reviewing daily mail and follow up on outstanding issues Requirements WE WILL TRAIN Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work product Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
