Minimum
Qualifications:

Preferred

  • Supervise and coordinate daily dining room activities to ensure efficient and courteous service.
  • Manage and train dining room staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and dietary teams to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery that meets residents' dietary needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Address resident and guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues.
