Segue Technologies, A Tetra Tech Company seeks a Configuration Manager to oversee the baseline configurations for current and future applications, software and hardware assets. This is a full-time position at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. Teleworking is permitted with occasional travel to the base. Segue Technologies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tetra Tech, Inc. Segue is based out of Arlington, VA, with a presence in 14 states and DC. We support Federal and DoD organizations to develop and enhance mission-critical business systems. Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide configuration management and technical documentation support for all project activities Identify, organize and control software and hardware configuration changes Identify and coordinate processes for version management, system builds, backup and recovery, archiving and change management Support and facilitate auditing and reporting Coordinate and support configuration requirements Maintain records, provide traceability, and manage control of software distribution Create and present Configuration Management Plans/updates Ensure development processes reflect disciplined configuration management practices Track trouble tickets in the Service Now tool and requirements in the Di2E JIRA systems Additional tasks as required Required Skills:

years of Configuration Management experience Understanding of the principles, methods, and techniques used in configuration management support Understanding of and familiarity with configuration management software applications Excellent skills with Microsoft suite of tools (SharePoint, Access, Excel, etc.) Experience working with Microsoft Project Excellent written and oral communications skills Ability to work without direct supervision and in a team environment Detail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work Must be able to pass a Federal Background investigation to obtain a T1 (also known as Public Trust or NACI) Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Software Engineering or another technical field, or related major Air Force and/or DOD background is desired
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network Administration, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
