Quick Apply Full-time Contract 9 hours ago Full Job Description We are seeking a Demolition supervisor to monitor operations involved in the demolition of buildings and cleanup of debris.
A quick decisions maker to resolve problems.
Assess risk of hazardous materials, including type, developed plans for safe removal and communicated frequently with building owners and/or removal team leaders.
Oversee personnel, equipment use and storage and compliance requirements for job sites.
Manage safe and efficient demolition project.
Seeking someone with a background in selective and structural demolition.
As Health & Safety is our primary concern both knowledge and experience in Construction Safety is a must.
Candidate should have business development skills, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, project management, basic computer skills as well as the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
Must be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude.
Army Core of Engineer Certificate an OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus.
The candidate will report to the Management and interface with the Administration, Salary commensurate with experience.
