We're searching for a dedicated Property Manager, someone with a passion for homes and the people who live in them, to join our nurturing and spirited team.
Your Role:
As our new Property Manager, you'll be the caretaker of our residential homes, ensuring they're more than just four walls and a roof.
You'll be the go-to person for our tenants, an expert in local housing laws, and the one who keeps our homes looking their best.

Leasing and managing rental properties across the Dayton, Middletown and Franklin area to help new tenants find their perfect home and ensure all documentation is handled with care.
Create strong relationships with tenants, helping them feel at home.
Ensure rents are collected on time and, when needed, handle these conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Conduct regular inspections, treating each home as if it were your own.
Coordinate with our maintenance department and transform issues into solutions.
Develop annual budgets for each property, balancing profitability with our commitment to quality.
Handle tenant queries with warmth and efficiency, creating a community spirit.
Maintain meticulous records, showing your love for details.
What You Bring:
5 years (or more) experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role.
A deep understanding of local, state, and federal property regulations and housing laws.
Top-notch communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in property management software , Appfolio specifically is a big plus Proficiency using Google Workspace applications:
Gmail, Google Drive, and GChat.
A track record of managing a portfolio of residential properties.
A knack for multitasking and prioritizing in a lively environment.
A valid real estate license is a big plus, but not a must.
