A-Lab Corporation, L&H Threaded Rods Corporation, New Dimension Metals Corporation, Ward Steel, and Scarlet & Gray Corporation.
The companies complement each other by providing customers with specific metal testing, metal products, cold drawn processing, raw materials for machine shops, and the delivering of metal products.
As a Controller, you will be the key financial executive with oversight of the financial resources and strategies for the company.
Success in this role requires a keen eye to oversee month and year end close as well as annual budgeting, disciplined cash flow management, and building strong internal and external relationships.

Deliver month-end financial statements by providing timely and accurate analysis of actual monthly results, budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
Assist with creating and maintaining financial dashboards to help guide our growth and sustainability.
Reporting, analyzing, and leading actions on financial performance.
Develop and manage key internal controls over financial reporting.
Lead the preparation of financial forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
Oversee the successful processing of our AR, AP, and Payroll functions.
Help build automations into our current accounting and financial processes to gain efficiencies.
Develop finance department capability, including mentoring and training other team members.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, insurance compliance, and banking transactions and reporting.
Advise the executive team and senior management on financial performance.
