We are seeking a Technical/Clinical Assistant for our office in Dayton, Ohio.
This full-time position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, some hand skills, good communications skills and attention to detail.
The primary responsibilities will include:
Assist Certified Prosthetists during Evaluation, Casting, Fitting and Delivery Appointments Complete outcome measurements Maintain organized patient rooms and prepare rooms for casting and then cleanup Assist Prosthetists with assembly of prosthetic devices for fittings Perform minor adjustments and repairs under clinical guidance Complete socket modifications and componentry changes under clinical guidance Ensure all supplies and paperwork are ready prior to final fitting and delivery Review Warranty Information and Patient Education Packet with patient Ensure unused items are returned following company protocol Assist with quality assurance to ensure patient satisfaction and completion of the Patient Satisfaction Survey Coordinate with admin staff to schedule patients once supplies, loaners and warranty replacements are received Perform other duties or special projects as assigned The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications/qualities:
Exceptional self-management, planning and organizational skills The ability to interact with others in a positive manner Detail-oriented with problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal/communications skills Basic computer skills Cultural fit with a focus on Integrity and Compassion Must be a team player and support the Company's vision, mission and values Job Type:
