The role of a Grounds Technician will rely on your love of the outdoors, people skills, positive attitude and ability to work independently.
You'll need to be organized with attention to detail and have basic computer skills.
This challenging opportunity includes:
Helping to keep our community in excellent condition, inside and out Clearing sidewalks and common areas of snow, ice, and debris Keeping grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape Assisting with light maintenance and learning new maintenance skills Providing customer service to current and future residents Managing priorities and competing demands in a busy environment Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm You offer the following minimum requirements:

year related experience General grounds knowledge Ability to operate landscaping equipment May require valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance Drug and background check Other helpful skills and competencies:
