At U1, the Training and Development Specialist is responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and conducting training and development activities for employees.
Identifies training needs and develops training materials.
Formulates and develops plans to meet specific development and training needs and challenges.
Utilizes experience based on knowledge of policies and procedures, and formal training to recommend and administer training and development programs which will promote a high level of staff morale and produce a good return on the Credit Union's investment.
Participates in training organizations, and professional organizations to stay abreast of new training methods.
