Senior Systems Engineer (SIGINT/GEOINT)

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (SIGINT/GEOINT), to support ISR Sensors and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Division (AFLCMC/WIN) located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
Responsibilities Include:
Apply the principles, criteria, and procedures of the DoD to include DoD 5000.
01 and DoD 5000.
02 as well as the policies and processes of USAF, HQ AFMC, AFLCMC Engineering Directorate, ISR & SOF Directorate and Division level to all AFLCMC/WIN engineering tasks Assist in translating DoD RDUCE user requirements into system requirements which will be used by the weapon system contractor to design, develop, fabricate, test, and evaluate systems, subsystems, and equipment for deployment Assist in performing technical/mission analyses of operational requirements, assist in developing system concepts, and perform technological/trade-off study assessments of proposed designs Assist in reviewing the overall system design baseline (architecture and interoperability requirements) Processes for drafting project documentation including, SOOs and SOWs, program plans, schedules, and presentations Assist in drafting regulatory and statutory documentation to include, but not limited to the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) Reviewing specifications, including system, system segment, and equipment specifications, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) submitted by the weapon system contractor or other DoD agencies involved in the program Assist in supporting and conducting engineering performance, effectiveness, cost effectiveness, cost performance, life-cycle cost, producibility, maintainability, supportability, reliability, technical/schedule risk assessment, and scheduling trade-off studies Assist in the support and conduct of systems analyses to include system design/design feasibility and state-of-the-art assessment Assist in the development and evaluation of systems test plans (such as systems test plans/test and evaluation master plans) and participate in the conduct of system, subsystem, and component testing Assist in the development of integration plans, interface management and control plans, and integration test plans Conducting analyses and trade studies to define interface requirements, establishing cost effective interface design solutions, and resolving interface problems.
This support shall include reviewing ICDs, participation on appropriate Interface Control Working Group (ICWG) activities, tracking status of ICD development and problem resolution Other duties as assigned Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements Must be a US Citizen Security Clearance Required:
TS/SCI Must possess one of the following education and experience combinations:
Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (12 years preferred), 5 years of which must be in the DoD OR, Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (15 years preferred), 5 years of which must be in the DoD OR, a minimum of 18 years of directly related experience (20 years preferred) in lieu of a degree, 8 years of which must be in the DoD Experience with DoD and Air Force system-of-systems acquisition engineering processes Experience with engineering support including defining SIGINT and/or GEOINT system and subsystem requirements, system analysis, integration, test and evaluation activities desired Experience with confluence and software repositories (i.
e bitbucket) desired Relationships/experience with AFRL and/or NASIC desired Agile software development, collaboration digital engineering environments, docker, cloud computing desired All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
