TOP Secret RMF Engineer (PAX)
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Secret RMF Engineer to join their team 100% on-site in either Pax River, MD or Dayton, OH.
This individual will need a Secret Clearance and to have a strong RMF background, from stages 1-6, but a majority of their time being in stages five and six.
They will need to have experience building ATOs from scratching, not just reviewing towards the end.
Their environment is still in the process of being stood up, so this is vital for this position.
A bachelor's degree is required for this position or 6 years of experience in lieu of the degree.
Due to the cyber aspect of this role, this individual should have vulnerability or risk analysis experience.
Additional experience should include but is not limited to:
Determining enterprise information assurance and security standards Develop and implement information assurance/security standards and procedures Coordinate, develop, and evaluate security programs for an organization Recommend information assurance/security solutions to support customers' requirements Identify, report, and resolve security violations Establish and satisfy information assurance and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands Support customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies Apply know-how to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures Perform analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures Analyze and define security requirements for computer systems which may include mainframes, workstations, and personal computers Top Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree o 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree Experience with RMF Process o Steps 1-6, majority 5 & 6 Experience building ATO's (authority to operate) from scratch Ability to obtain IAM L3 within 6 months o SMX will sponsor Recommended Skills Information Assurance Risk Analysis Special Purpose Systems Vulnerability Workstations Information Technology Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
