A client in the Dayton, OH area is looking for a Top-Secret Senior Operations Research Analyst to join their team.
This candidate's primary responsibility will be to help design and analyze models/simulated experiments of new or existing systems.
These systems will be analyzed for performance, conceptual and mission-related data to make informed, data-driven recommendations to military leadership.
The role of the senior level ORSA is not so much to be hands on in analysis as much, but to drive administrative aspects for the program and provide Study-level leadership.
The senior ORSA will be leading, training, and helping organize a team of ORSA's.
It is important for all candidates to come from a hands-on background of statistical analysis from an operational context, considering the parameters of the operation's environmental and mission-related risks/concerns.
Minimum Requirements-STEM Masters Degree (emphasis on Engineering or Math)-Top Secret Clearance (will be read on to SCI program)-12
years of experience (10 yrs w/ MA) analyzing systems for performance, conceptual and mission-related data to make informed recommendations to leadership-Experience using statistical analysis tools like Matlab/Simulink/Scilab to analyze model/simulation datao Preferred python scripting for analysis-Experience leading a team of ORSA's or being a Study Lead for a research study Desired Skills-Operational experience as a fighter or bomber pilot-Air Force mission set experience (C3, battle management, flight operations, air base defense, electrical takeoff & landing)-Air Base Defense experienceanalyzing threat option data from adversaries Recommended Skills Battle Management (Military Terminology) Leadership Matlab Mathematics Python (Programming Language) Scripting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
