years of systems integration experience to contribute to and lead applied R&D and product development programs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Qualified Candidates will be able to:
Assess vehicle (e.

aircraft, ground, remotely operated, etc.
) requirements and develop relevant integrated system architecturesEstablish integrated system architectures which enable subsystem communication, power distribution, and controlDevelop integration plans, create interface control documents (ICDs), and track requirements against plansCollaborate with vendors and members of the team to implement the required physical and logical system interfacesPerform hands-on implementation and troubleshooting of complex hardware and software integrations throughout various stages of the design and buildLeverage common embedded and industrial communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, 1553, UART, SPI, I2C, etcDrive the system design, integration, assembly, and test effortsConduct and support design and trade studiesPrepare and support design reviewsDesirable, but not mandatory, qualifications include:
Knowledge of aircraft communications protocols and Open Mission SystemsProficiency in C/C+
or similar to develop embedded softwareFamiliarity with relevant electrical engineering codes and safety standardsPerform in the dynamic environment of a growing small businessTo be successful in CRG's corporate culture, Qualified Candidates must also be able:
