Dayton, OH Dayton, OH Part-time Part-time $15 an hour $15 an hour 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago MINIMUM 20 HOURS PER WEEK As a Part-Time Customer Relations Specialist, you will work with new and existing customers to assess their opinion on several different Reynolds and Reynolds products and services.
Specialists will use professional communication and interviewing skills to evaluate customer satisfaction with our products, consulting services, sales, as well as overall satisfaction with Reynolds and Reynolds.
You will also assist with ensuring all of this information is kept up to date in the in-house tracking system.
If you enjoy communicating with others and ensuring customer satisfaction, this is the job for you! Requirements:
Able to be on the phone 4-6 hours a day Strong communication skills Basic Microsoft Office skills Able to type 40 WPM
