FTI has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Project Manager to support the Light Attack Aircraft Program at WPAFB, OH.
In this role, you will provide program support to the Attack Systems Division, which is responsible for managing and providing professional services, engineering and technical services, and conducting studies, analyses, and evaluations for U.
S.
and FMS Light Attack Aircraft weapon systems and subsystems.

The mission continues so please apply today! Responsibilities Apply acquisition management philosophy, policies, and procedures to perform a wide range of acquisition management activities for the existing and future AS Division aircraft programs.
Support the acquisition program management of full life cycle requirements, subsystems, and equipment, including writing approved milestone documentation.
Assist in the development of various documents such as Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Statements of Objective (SOOs), PWSs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Mission Needs Statements, Operational Requirements Documents (ORD), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), Milestone Documentation, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and Rapid Fielding Requirements Documents (RFRD).
Support the review of proposals, coordinate documentation and communication between key stakeholders (financial, management, procurement, engineering, logistics, etc.
) for program milestones.
Participate in process improvement activities as a member or advisor to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Product/Process Improvement Working Groups.
Assist in collecting programmatic inputs from weapons systems program offices for defining, developing, and managing the acquisition and development/upgrades of various Light Attack aircraft configurations.
Advises program source selections on all acquisition-related requirements.
Apply program knowledge for coordinating responses to Task Management Tool (TMT) taskers in response to program inquiries.
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing critical aspects of the development, production, and/or deployment of capabilities, systems, subsystems, and equipment.
Assist in producing or reviewing products such as business case analyses, trade-off studies, estimates, requirements documents, and acquisition strategies.
Provide milestone documentation support as defined in DoDI 5000.
02, including developing technical data, coordinating with programs and government agencies, and producing final versions of coordinated milestone documents and assessments.
Support the development of contract strategies, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and program risk assessments.
Perform analysis to support program strategy decisions and courses of action.
Support Commander/Director Action Group processes, including Monthly Acquisition Reports and Selected Acquisition Reports.
Assist in the review and analysis of prime weapon system and subcontractor Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
Education/QualificationsRequired:
Must be a U.
S.
Citizen and possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Advanced Degree MA/MS and 12 years of experience in project management; 5 years must be in support of the Dept.
of Defense.
-OR- BA/BS degree and 15 years of project management; 5 years must be in support of the Dept.
of Defense.
-OR- 20 years of directly related project management; in support of the Dept.
of Defense.
10
years of Acquisition Management experience.
Demonstrated understanding of current Dept.
of Defense and Air Force-specific acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes.
Must be willing to report daily to Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH.
Preferred:
Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
