In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Diagnosis and treatment of clients dealing with depression and anxiety, to include assessments and treatment planning.
Manage a caseload of assigned clients, including group and individual therapy sessions in the assisted living facility.
Clinically sound and timely documentation (clear and concise notes) Minimum Requirements Experience with:
Diagnosis and treatment of mental emotional disorders and geriatric adults REQUIRED:
Licensed in the State of Ohio as an LSW/LISW.
Two Years experience working in mental health prefered.
Minimum of Bachelors degree in Social Work Job Type:
