Providing organizational and individual career, academic, and force development advice to organizations representing military personnel of all ranks, civilian personnel, foreign military, other government agencies and departments, and US defense industry pursuing security cooperation (SC) professional development opportunities at senior, intermediate and clerical levels.
Providing advice and enrollment assistance on all educational opportunities available through Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) via distance education, resident courses, or at customer locations.
Preparing and conducting briefings for groups or units to promote SC educational programs.
Completing required documentation and ensuring information such as course enrollment, course completion, and educational levels attained is entered in DSCU's student class scheduling system and the SC Workforce Database.

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 grade level in the Federal service:
