Job duties include:
Reconcile bank statements, Prepare monthly financial reports, Maintain accounting database, Prepare monthly cash flow statement, Prepare monthly account payable and receivable functions, Various tax returns, Book Keeping, Invoicing, Issue supplier orders, Help expedite orders, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Accuracy to details, Ability to work independently with little direction, Ability to multi-task, Knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel), Working knowledge of Sage accounting software.
Accounting education and minimum of 4 years accounting experience are requirements.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
