Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining client records.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
Help with client inquiries which include payments and change requests.
Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Word & Excel.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Flexibility to work regular office hours and occasional overtime, if needed.
Ability to work from home on limited basis to support home requirements.
