Miami Valley Hospital The clinical nurse (CN) functions in a multi-faceted role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence in the practice of Nursing.
The CN is responsible for maintaining high standards for a caseload of patients as described by the scope of care for the area of practice and demonstrates appropriate actions based on sound scientific research and evidence-based principles.
The CN also coordinates/directs care delivered by the interdisciplinary team.
The CN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
The CN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/indirectly impacts the patient outcomes and care provided to patients/ families/ significant others.
Education:
Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Licensure:
Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License Certification:
Current AHA BLS certification required upon hire.
Experience:
Previous hospital RN experience is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor; Basic computer knowledge; Strong organization skills; Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
