Summary:
Bridgestream Property Management is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee its Dayton, OH branch.
Come join the Bridgestream family which currently manages roughly 1,500 rental units in the Greater Dayton area with a 5 year vision of 5,000 units in multiple Ohio markets.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
1.
Develop Business Plan to meet and exceed Profit Goals 2.
Build and Maintain sub-contractor vendor network relationships 3.
Build company image by collaborating with customers, cities, and community organizations 4.
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work-environment and implementing innovative changes.
5.
Adhere to Company Standards of Excellence 6.
Oversee, Train and Develop the Property Management Team by assigning weekly performance goals, ensuring their completion, building employee career maps and implementing developmental plans 7.
Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values 8.
Manage Owner Relationships to ensure elite customer service and reduce churn 9.
Be an active participant in Company Strategic Planning Meetings to drive Company towards its long term goals 10.
Ensure all Lead Simple Tasks are completed daily Skills Required:
1.
Proven success in Managerial role 2.
Strong decision making ability 3.
Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills 4.
Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans 5.
Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable 6.
Strong working knowledge of Operational Procedures Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$125,000.
