Summary The successful candidate will be a motivated, passionate, and positive team player who loves engaging with people to provide the ultimate salon and spa experience.
This candidate will also have effective communication skills and keen common sense.
The receptionist's main responsibility is providing clients, visitors, and vendors with warm and appreciative service.

This full-time position is at our salon in Centerville, OH, with full-time working hours Monday through Saturday and reports to the General Manager.
Essential Job Functions Customer Service Answer telephones Check-in and -out clients Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors.
Process and receive payments and issue receipts.
Provide solutions to guest concerns in a timely manner.
Constantly maintain and update client records in CRM software Schedule Appointments, both in person and over the telephone Offer drinks, new client mugs, smocks, and umbrellas as needed.
Retail Products Dust shelves.
Restock products.
Maintain backstock.
Upsell products to clients and visitors.
Daily administrative paperwork.
Perform opening and/or closing duties.
Maintain cleanliness of the salon that meets the State Board standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic math skills.
Attention to detail.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
One year retail experience or guest service experience in the service industry.
Dependable with the ability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings, and special events.
