CREDIT & COLLECTIONS MANAGER

Work with staff managers and department employees to examine processes and develop changes to those processes that will improve key department process measures that support defined corporate priorities.
Monitor adherence to established internal controls in the areas of cash management.
Establish and maintain an environment with credit that creates a high level of employee satisfaction and a focus on improving our processes for the benefit of internal and external customers.
Maintain data and provide feedback on quality data that influences our ability to meet the customers expectations on each order.
Responsible for developing action plans for improving company processes and developing priorities for meeting established objectives in the company's planning process.
Develop relationships with selected outside information sources to establish and monitor customer credit lines.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Several years B2B Credit/Collections experience Devotion to continual learning and problem solving Proven track record in leading change and implementation of new ideas and concepts BA in Accounting or Finance Resume promptly to email protected Tim 614.
