9K a year The Manager Support Staff/ Medical Records functions as a member of SBHI's management team.
The Manager Support Staff/ Medical Records is responsible to ensure the front desk support services are adequately staffed to provide prompt, accurate, customer centered services to patients, staff, and other customers in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
The Manager Support Staff/ Medical Records ensures that the front desk support staff accurately completes processing of required patient documentation including payment information, payment collection, and MITS checks if applicable.
The support staff is also responsible for the registration of all new clients for the ICS , YCATS, Substance Abuse Services, and SBHI Warren/Butler programs.
This position also has oversight of medical records staff that provides services to the ICS, YCATS, School Services, Substance Abuse Services, SBHI Warren/Butler and Miami County office programs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
