This person will interact with all business customers and keep records of account information in our customer database.
Assist in quoting client jobs and accepting payments.
This team member will need to communicate clearly, stay organized, and effectively relay the wishes of customers to the graphic design department.
Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy coordinating with people.
This person will also be a team player and assist with production.
Print Industry Experience is a Plus but not Required This is not a Graphic Design Position The ideal candidate will possess:
Superb telephone communication skills Experience handling customers in a kind, professional manner Experience using database software and Microsoft Office Strong communication skills both verbally and written Ability to present the company in a positive and supportive manner Job Type:
