We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing profit loss, implementing process improvements, supervising staff, and contributing to strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure maximum efficiency - Oversee profit loss and implement strategies to enhance profitability - Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations - Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with owner clients to create and implement strategies to maximize their return on their rental portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet revenue targets Requirements:
