St. Leonard has an exciting new opportunity for a Part-Time Security Officer.

Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.

The Security Officer is responsible for the security and safety of all residents, staff and employees. Security Officers monitor all emergency and life safety systems. Security also provides help and contacts for after-hours for Maintenance and other departments.

Essential Job Specific Duties/
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for knowledge of campus activities, departments.
  • Responsible for building safety and security.
  • Responsible for greeting visitors and guests in person and on telephone.
  • Responsible for responding to Independent residents emergencies and filling out incident reports.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
