AFLCMC - Technical Lead with Security Clearance
Apogee is actively seeking a full-time Senior Technical Lead supporting AFLCMC WIN Sensors program within the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OHWhy work with us? What you will be doing:
o Supervising, leading, and coaching Apogee personnel assigned to the team, including managing technical efforts and assisting in directing task order performanceo Ensuring technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely mannero Organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projectso Ensuring quality products, including reports and services are delivered on time and in accordance with Apogee quality assurance methodologieso Reviewing, validating, and approving staff timesheets and travel requestso Collaborating with customer points of contact and Apogee leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks and/or issues o Coordinating and facilitating team inputs for regular task order status reporting and special deliverables to advance high-priority Government initiativeso Assisting in Apogee hiring, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, and retention initiativeso Ensuring staff are qualified and cleared to meet customer performance requirementso Coordinating contractor travel and other direct costs with the Governmento Monitoring one-time and periodic contractor training requirements and other compliance issues established in the task order and Apogee policy What you will need:
o Security Clearance Required:
Secreto Possess one of the following education and experience combinations:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, ORo Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience o Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independentlyo Exceptional written and oral communication skillso Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
