at an Addiction Medicine or Mental Health preferred We do NOT offer benefits At least 3 years experience in the medical field IS A REQUIREMENT This is an ADMIN position_ not clinical _ Previously employment at an Addiction Medicine or Mental Health preferred Other requisites:
Must be able to Multi-Task without getting flustered (This is an extremely busy/fast-paced office!!!) Must be extremely reliable Must be able to receive instructions (from management)
give (to patients) appropriately Someone that is proactive/takes initiative Is fast/efficient able to handle tasks efficiently but thoroughly as well Extremely friendly Has a great attitude and handles stress well Is not thin-skinned and can take instructions well.
Compassionate (this is addiction medicine!) Has a great work ethic MUST be extremely organized, reliable, knowledgeable (Rx issues, OARRS) Familiarity with EHR/EMR is a requirement as well The Phones ring off the hook! Must be good on the phones as well! Must understand HIPAA! Please take the time to read the above.
