IT Manager - Siebel Development up to $120K Full-time hire. Works with onshore and offshore development teams to design and create technical specifications from functional and technical requirements, design solutions, perform software development and work through all phases of the software development life cycle. Work with CRM technical development teams, Middleware team, Architecture team, Quality Assurance team, Release Management team, Front Office support team, and outsourced vendor resources. This role utilizes Oracle/Siebel technology to support business strategies and improve business processes while delivering quality development for CRM and related systems, and processes. The role will participate in hands on development work related to all CRM related SDLC. Accountabilities- Provide technical expertise with Siebel and CRM related systems. - Develop CRM integration standards and best practice. - Collaborates across global process, domain architecture, Middleware, master data management, data conversion, and the System Administration functions. - Work with technical teams to design solutions, provide sizing's, develop development schedules, and implement integration solutions to meet deadlines. - Strives to embrace diverse ideas, best practice, and industry trends to create quality CRM solutions, products, and

. Qualifications- Requires a Bachelor's degree in
computer
Science, or a related major. - 10 years' hands on experience in Siebel Integration development. - Expert in using Siebel Tools to support configuration with Java, business services, eScript, EIM, AIA, EAI, Web Services and/or Business Services. - Requires the ability to come up with creative technical solutions while applying Siebel best practices and working within coding standards. Designs and code reviewed and approved by Siebel Architect and Siebel Technical Lead. - Resolve application defects and implement system enhancements. - Ability to work on teams consisting of both employees and vendor resources in multiple locations and time zones. - Expertise in Service oriented architecture patterns and governance - 5 years of Siebel integration development effort - 5 years strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL configuration - Experience with Middleware and/or SOA based implementations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must be Siebel 8.x certified MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
