Injection Molding Process Technician - Dayton, OH

Seeking experienced Process Technician, Mold Set-up person or skilled Processor who can perform the following:
Setup and change over on hydraulic injection mold machines.
Handle material, monitor auxiliary equipment, and perform minor maintenance as required.
Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency and work with quality inspectors to ensure part quality.
Promote safety by abiding to all related policies and procedures
Participate and lead training initiatives to improve personal and co-worker skill sets
Starting (cycling) of molding process on each machine.
Diagnosis (troubleshooting) of molding process problems.
Documentation & taking corrective action on process problems.
Document activities related to processing set up, changes and variances.
Set up, break down and proper storage of auxiliary equipment.
Wipe down and general cleaning of molds, presses & other equipment and maintain good housekeeping in work areas.
