representative
. Working out of your home office, you will sell our pictorial church directory and portrait
services

Sales Representative - Account Manager
Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, your role will be a combination of sales, marketing and account management duties. You will call on churches in your assigned area and make customer presentations about our photographic services to key decision makers.
You will alsohelp churches understand how a pictorial church directory can help them to grow their congregation.
Your specific duties as a Sales Representative include:
Sales & Marketing
Work with the
sales manager
to develop a business plan with specific goals and expectations
Implement sales strategies to achieve established sales goals and to increase business and profitability on a yearly basis
Communicate with decision makers to assess account needs and then develop and deliver customer presentations to address those needs
Schedule photography sessions and obtain signed contracts
Engage in business development in your assigned area via face to face cold calling, direct mail campaigns, telephoning and e-mail campaigns
Obtain and record critical church contact information
Account Management
Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the church and church members
Provide complete project management from the initial organizational meeting through directory delivery
Utilize database to track activity and manage business cycles
Prepare and submit appropriate paperwork on a timely basis, including weekly sales logs, call reports and other reports as necessary

## Job Requirements
As a Sales Representative, you must be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to business development and customer service. You must also be a flexible and resilient team player with a positive and engaging personality. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with strong public speaking talents. Specific qualifications for the Sales Representative position include:
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years sales and account-management experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
Excellent negotiation skills
Solid time-management and multitasking skills
Strong organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

computer
proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and database management
