We are seeking a Program Director to manage the operations of the Monroe/Dayton region in Ohio.
For IFCS and Ohio Mentor the Program Director is a critical leadership role in our successful implementation of Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services.

Key
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership to the region for both collaterals and staff.
Manages daily operations and all service delivery components of the FCT model.
Provides individual supervision to Family Centered Clinicians and supports the development of team supervision for staff (including, but not limited to, clinical, field and on-call supervision)
Participates in individual and peer supervision with other leaders in the state.
Oversees administrative staff and functions including payroll, billing and personnel.
Creates and implements marketing plan; develops business.
Qualifications
MasterEUR(TM)s Degree in Human Services field.
Licensure in clinical services. ( LISW, LISW-S, or PCC, or PCC-S.)
At least two years of management experience.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driverEUR(TM)s license

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
