Position: Customer Relations Coordinator
Department: Sales
Reports to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Position
Summary:
Responsible for the day to day working relationship between customer base and plant operations.

Primary Duties:
Sets the plan for operations in terms of customer needs and timing.
Provide the plant with information and lead times required to effectively run operations while meeting customer requirements.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and high levels of on time delivery
Review and process all incoming orders and communicate to other department areas as appropriate.
Coordinate customer requests with the appropriate internal departments
Work with the organization to achieve 95% or better On Time Delivery


Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Business or equitable experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with varying disciplines
High level of analytical ability
Detail Oriented a Must
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with strict deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Work with Minimal Supervision



FLSA: Salaried, Exempt ($30,000 to $35,000 annually) depended on experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
