On Premise Manager
Are you looking for a career change and have prior staffing experience? Spherion of Dayton is now hiring an On-Premise Manager for their new client location in the Dayton, Ohio area. The On-Premise Manager is accountable for creating collaborative relationships with all end users in an assigned client account by gaining a thorough understanding of the client's business resulting in total customer satisfaction and attainment of financial objectives. Position is Full-Time and on first shift; Pay will be determined based upon experience. Other job responsibilities include:
Client/Customer Relationship Management
Operational and Staff Management
Oversee and ensure compliance for On-Premise Operations and Administration
Listen to and understand the client by anticipating client needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
Develop alternative courses of action and make decisions that are based on logical assumptions and reflect factual information.
Maintain mature problem solving attitude under stressful situations.
Plan, organize and prepare budgets and long-term goals
Assist Regional Manager in development of an On-Premise Management Plan.
Provide Regional Manager with periodic reports of results achieved to date and objectives/action plans for the period.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
4-year college degree or 5 years of equivalent business experience.
Minimum of 4 years related business experience with strong emphasis on sales and customer service in a sales driven organization. Some Human Resources experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to effectively operate with a lack of privacy in client surroundings.
Ability to create and work outside a structured environment.
Ability to understand financial concepts.
Creative and business writing skills.
Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change.
Ability to maintain company loyalty by establishing balance between the client and Spherion.
Computer literacy.
Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Good analytic/problem solving and negotiating skills.
Able to read and interpret statistical data.
