3rd Shift Parking Lot Sweeper Operator

Immediate openings for 3rd shift operators to clean and maintain customer parking lots. We need motivated individuals to join our team! Candidates should have a good knowledge of the Greater Dayton area, be good with directions, and not be dependent on GPS. This is an ideal position for a high energy, self-starter that requires little oversight. Duties to include using a handheld blower, changing trash can liners, hand picking trash, and operating a sweeper truck. This is a full-time position with potential for overtime and growth. Experience and CDL are a plus but not required. Candidate must have reliable transportation, good driving record, clean criminal history, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. All shifts include working weekends. Starting wage for an inexperienced operator is $9.25. We are a drug-free workplace. Equal Opportunity Employer.

? Operators work alone on parking lots at shopping centers, office complexes, restaurants, and retail centers at night.
? Operators work all weather conditions. Rain, snow, extreme heat and cold do not prevent us from running routes.
? Sometimes this job can be messy and you will get dirty.
? Sweeping shifts can range from 8 to12 hours and start at 9:00P.M. During snow season, snow removal will require
you to work various and sometimes long hours.
? Sweeping is done seven (7) days a week. New employees are expected to work weekends.
? Operators must get out of the truck numerous times (50 to 100) a night to do blower work using handheld or
backpack blower, empty trash cans and pickup trash.
? Operators must be able to be on their feet for long periods of time and be able to lift or exert force up to 50lbs.
? You must be able to read, write and speak clear English that can be easily understood on our cell phones.
? You must know and be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the Dayton or Northern Cincinnati area.
? Being consistently on time is a must.
? You must have a telephone and reliable transportation to work.
? It is required that you live within 30 minutes of the Dayton shop.
? Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing is also done if an operator is involved in an accident,
damages a truck, or is injured on the job.
? Insurance requires a BMV check. The following will make you ineligible for insurance:
? Two (2) or more at fault accidents within the last three (3) years.
? One (1) or more major convictions within the last three (3) years.
? Three (3) or more moving violations within the last three (3) years.
? Expired or suspended license.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
