JR. PROGRAM MANAGER
GEMCITY Engineering and Manufacturing is seeking a Jr. Program Manager. Will assist Senior Program Managers to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated programs to ensure that goals/objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames. Preference will be given to those with a Mechanical Engineering degree or Industrial & Sys/Human Factors Engineering. May also consider those with a Management certificate or Quality Assurance certificate. Along with the above, candidate will possess the following:
Strong interest in manufacturing
Excellent inter-company and external communications
Ability to generate various reports (requires proficiency in Microsoft Word products; Vantage program will be taught in-house)
Ability to coordinate schedules and monitor costs
