Manufacturing Engineering Manager

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager directs and coordinates manufacturing engineering activities in support of production operations at applicable facility. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager represents operations and works concurrently with product engineering and other support activities in the product development system.

Directly supervises departmental employees by carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures and all applicable laws.
Sets priorities and allocates engineering resources in support of the manufacture of new products, modification of existing designs and improvement of production techniques.
Manages the implementation of flexible lean/best practices and systems that support production operations.
Plans and coordinates the design, specification and acquisition of production tooling and equipment.
Promotes continuous improvement culture in manufacturing engineering and operations.
Assures production processes and equipment are capable and reliable.
Identifies corrective actions and targets opportunities for improvement.
Supports safety programs by providing safe and orderly production processes and equipment.
Prepares and manages departmental spending budgets.
Forecasts, prepares and manages capital equipment and tooling budgets.
Requirements:

Increasing responsibility with manufacturing projects including project management
Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline
10 years of manufacturing related experience
Strong program/project management skills
Highly proficient in statistical analysis and problem solving methodsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
