Residential Service Plumbers
We are looking for an Experienced Service Plumber who has strong existing
residential skills/knowledge and experience, is great with customers, knows how
to troubleshoot existing homes, discuss options with homeowners/capture the
sales and make them a customer for life!
Our chosen candidate looks like
Very clean cut a must, takes pride in appearance, no visible tattoos or piercings
unless they can be covered or remove
Able to deal with high end home and average home customers, very
professional, good at explaining plumbing problems in layman's terms
Strong customer service/communication and people skills, very genuine and
personable a must
Strong steady work history a must, currently working a strong plus
Strong residential service experience and strong troubleshooting skills a must
Strong residential install experience
Troubleshoot, explain plumbing problems in layman's terms, offer options,capture sale, make them a customer for life!
Estimating, selling and offering options on a daily basis, able to meet and exceed sales quota a must-no salary cap-performance dictates income! Answers in the mirror!
Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude!
Exceptional Plumber; intuitive, hard working, fast, efficient, no problem wearing uniform, attention to detail, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized- 'what next' attitude!
Takes personal responsibility to better themselves as a person and growth as a plumber
Ability to explain/educate the customer on their plumbing needs at their level,flat rate pricing
Willing to share evening/weekend/holiday call rotation with team members for overflow demands
Be able to climb in and out of box trucks, able to lift over 75lbs, and work in the Ohio summer heat and winter cold
A CURRENT Ohio Journeyman's license is good but not required - we will help you acquire it if needed, good references a must.
Must pass a National and State of Ohio background check, drug test and Motor
Vehicle Report with clean driving record and current drivers license are ALL a must. (Please do not apply if any of these are issues. We check to protect!).

General Residential
Hot Water Heater replacement and repair including tankless systems
Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet) Sewer, Gas and Water Service Replacement--trenchless piping a plus
Troubleshooting using video inspection
Drain Cleaning
Competent use of conventional sewer machines and high power jetters
Competent use of digital drain camera and location equipment for evaluation and presentation of options
Leak Location and Repair
Under Slab, Sewer
Strong desire to learn and install trenchless drain piping to reduce excavations
