We currently have a client looking for several positions in the Dayton, OH area. Our client specializes in Facilities/building maintenance.
We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Tech/ Landscaper for our client in Columbus. Jack of all trades or handyman if you will. HVAC would be helpful also. Someone that can handle plumbing one day and a roof leak the next. These services would be performed at different sites every day.
You will be provided with a company vehicle and will be given different assignments daily.
The Company is looking for people that will work hard and want to grow with a company. They are looking to promote from within and looking for someone who wants to have a career with them.
These positions are contract to hire within 30 to 90 days. There will be a raise at that time.
Pay will vary by position and experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
