2nd Shift Production Supervisor urgently needed in Dayton, OH!
A suburb north of Dayton is home to a national-leading manufacturing company that has locations across the country. Due to immense growth, a plant was established in Dayton. The plant now has over 50 employees and they continue to add talent. This company offers a small-town, family-friendly feel, great benefits and an exceptional company-matching 401k plan. They also offer tuition reimbursement after 1 year of employment. Their current need is for a Production Supervisor.
Main duties of the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor include:
Leading and supervising roughly 25 production associates in a non-union environment
Hands-on leadership, helping when needed on the production floor and leading by example
Scheduling production and ensuring parts/materials are at appropriate levels
Ensuring safety practices are being met
Leading lean, continuous improvement and/or root cause efforts to reduce costs and improve production
Qualifications of the Production Supervisor include:

Strong leadership experience and willingness to work 2nd shift
Exceptional people-skills in order to work in a close-knit team environment with a family-owned company
