Machine Operator

Flowserve Titanium Foundry produces castings of unsurpassed quality in not only stainless steels but various other high alloys.
These include nickel-base and cobalt-base alloys, and reactive alloys such as titanium and zirconium.
The Machine Operator will create and assemble wax molds and use various power tools, as well as hand grinders to remove defects from metal and metal alloy castings.
The Machine Operator will also cross train into other areas such as Melter and Welder.
Accountabilities oUse power grinder to remove excess metal, burrs, finns, and sand from castings.
oRemove defects from castings.
oMove parts from floor to booth in/out of immediate area.
oPerform contour grindingoUse appropriate hand tools to remove flash, finns, and nails.
oChange tools as required.
oPerform all work in safe manner.

Position Requirements The ideal candidate will have:

year's experience with wax assembly (desired)oAbility to expedite orders as requiredoAbility to lift up to 90 pounds oDependable and on time with a good attendance record.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
