IAI is currently seeking a Senior System Engineer. Qualified candidates will have experience in traditional systems engineering as well as software development aspects such as systems architecting, requirements derivation, and backlog conditioning. The candidate will provide direct support to the customer by working with agency processes to support, maintain, and upgrade operational elements within the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) in Beavercreek Ohio. Qualified candidates will be able to represent the company, work closely with the customer, and understand operational needs. This is a dynamic, mission-focused contract supporting the Intel community.
Specific Tasks Include:
  • Solve system level challenges across multiple teams
  • Derive and organize work tasks for software development teams
  • Support the assessment, maintenance, upgrade, and testing of tools and processes that are both currently used within the environment and those being developed and tested for later inclusion
  • Contribute to developing products for redesigning and/or improving existing business processes
  • Independently self-task to accomplish uncharted business and customer objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years‚ experience in systems engineering, software development, or systems integration
  • M.S. Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Must have excellent communication skills; be able to generate written project deliverables and brief small to medium groups
  • Be a positive role model and have the ability to work independently and in conjunction with co-workers of all levels
  • Must have a history of good working relationships with customers, management, and peers
  • Self-directed and capable of collecting and analyzing data and rendering recommendations
  • Detail-oriented, with proven time management and organization skills (including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and meet deadlines/standards)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with matrix partners without direct supervision and ability to work in a matrix environment
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, specifically JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and International Software Testing Qualifications Board syllabus concepts
  • Experience working with integrated master schedules
  • Experience working with earned value metrics

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
