Experience:
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-11, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes experience in logistics such as:
Foreign Military Sales life cycle logistics management; acquisition management; international acquisition and logistics management processes and sustainment; supply requisitioning; materiel management; logistics, supply, systems analysis, and transportation Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement. FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in- grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks. NOTE:
Applicants applying as VEOA candidates who are current GS civil service employees or are prior GS civil service employees within the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements. Due to the use of 120 day rosters, applicants within 120 days of completion of the TIG requirement are encouraged to apply. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of basic theories and principles of systems design, specifications development techniques; and an understanding of acquisition and maintenance requirements as well as organizational functions involved in logistical support. 2. Knowledge of theories and principles of Foreign Military Sales development and execution, and the Security Assistance Program and policy. 3. Knowledge of system life cycle concepts and design as they apply to system research, development, and acquisition. 4. Ability to plan, analyze, and coordinate a system or portion of a major system's acquisition and transfer into operational use, to include the identification and correlation of specific requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the program. 5. Ability to develop and analyze data to determine logistic objectives and goals, identify support requirements (including funding, contract development, and other technical support requirements), and establish relationships between the participants involved in deploying the plan. 6. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. PART-TIME OR UNPAID
Experience:
Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK
Experience:

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
