Yogurt Mountain Manager
Job Description The Yogurt Mountain Store Manager is responsible for all daily operations and management of the entire store, while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaximize profits and guest satisfaction by operating the store in adherence with all store policies and guidelines, as well as governmental regulationsMaintain high levels of guest satisfaction through staff training and positive motivationEnsure exceptional customer service on a daily basis and handle guest complaints immediatelyRecruit, select, and hire all team members, based on our company hiring guidelinesSupervise, direct, counsel, and assist all team members with daily operations, customer inquiries, shift duties, and store proceduresResponsible for Yogurt Mountain Shift Leader and Team Member performance reviewsMaintain the highest standard of interior and exterior store conditionsEnsure the preventive maintenance program is executed properly for all equipmentManage all cash handling for the store, including:
accounts payable, cash and credit card reconciliations, cashier tills, bank deposit and payroll recordsManage all store inventory:
execute orders, shipping and receiving of productMinimize controllable expenses and maximize sales and profitsCommunicate and actively manage marketing promotionsMaintain exceptional community and customer relationsPerform other duties as assignedJob RequirementsQualifications and Education Requirements21 years of age or olderBachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferredPositive background checkManagement experience in food service industryExcellent leadership, supervisory, communication, and organizational skillsProven ability to train, develop and motivate associatesProfessional appearanceAbility to work a minimum of 45 hours per weekPhysical and Environmental RequirementsStanding for up to 8 - 10 hoursLifting up to 50 pounds with or without assistanceSpeaking, hearing, bending, reaching, stooping, climbingAbility to climb via step stool or ladderAbility to operate caf equipment, including but not limited to espresso equipment, blender, register, oven, and other installed equipment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
