Facility Security System Tasks Lead
Jacobs is seeking a Facility Security System Tasks Operations Lead for an upcoming contract at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
The National Air and Space Intelligence Center ( NASIC) is scheduled to release the Communications & Enterprise Information Technology Support Services (COMET) IDIQ early June 2021.
This contract is performed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and is valued at 67 million over a five year period.
Jacobs Technology will provide key positions in the End User Workspace Tasks which include Service Desk, Workspace Deployment, Software Administration/Installation and Multimedia/Video teleconferencing.
Jacobs Technology is also supporting Database and Application/Server Software Administration.
Job Scope:
Operate, maintain, secure, and repair multiple physical security systems across multiple NASIC facilities.
Systems include Access Control System for badging and granting access to secure areas, an Intrusion Detection System that monitors authorized and unauthorized access to NASIC facilities, and a Closed Circuit Television system that monitors and records audio/video of all aspects of the physical environment.
Maintain and sustain integration of Top Secret Access Control System with the Intelligence Community Badge System ensuring all authorized IC Badged personnel are granted access to NASIC facilitiesCoordinate between NASIC Security Office and NASIC Facility Engineers for modification and new requirementsDocument all installations, configuration changes, network layout, and alarm viewsAdding/deleting users, modifying permissions, and attributesCompleting ad hoc queries and reports as requested by Government personnelSustainment services support a variety security control and access equipment.
Must be able to perform fault diagnosis, repair, overhaul, refurbishment, scheduled preventative maintenance services include installation as well as calibration and alignment.
Maintenance support includes electronics and mechanical support such as turnstiles and electronic control unit (ECU) repair also provide a 24x7 technical support.

Contractor shall possess and maintain Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II (Security
Requirement) certification as required by DoD Directive 8140.

Top Secret (SCI) - Contractor shall possess a US Government Top Secret (TS) security clearance and granted access to sensitive compartmented information (SCI) based on an up-to-date Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI); selected contractor personnel may be required to satisfy a Counter Intelligence or Full Scope polygraph requirementSupporting the IDS requires the LINX Predator Elite System Administration, Staging, Hardware Installation, and maintenance certification.
