Minimum lease of 30 days. $1250 refundable security deposit is due at signing of the lease. $2300 for first month. Rent is due 3 days prior to your stay, and then due the 1st of every month. $200 cleaning fee $250 non-refundable pet deposit if traveling with pets. $75 charge will be deducted from the security deposit if our cleaner notices that you have not picked up after your pets. Please curb your pets! Once both security deposit and first month rent has been received, you will receive the access code to the property for both the front and back door. The property does have a Ring doorbell on both the front and backdoor, as well. Smoking is prohibited! Only those on named on the lease are authorized to stay on the property. Trash is picked up every Wednesday, and recycling is every other Wednesday.
