Aggressive breeds include: pitbulls, dobermans, Rottweilers, malamutes, akitas, Staffordshire terriers, presa canarios, wolves, wolf hybrids, or any other animal deemed to be aggressive, dangerous, vicious, or having bitten someone MAY NOT be moved in prior to owner approval. Renter Qualification Requirements: - Gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental price (before taxes and deductions) - No felonies - No misdemeanor charges within 5 years - No bankruptcies in the last 5 years - No previous evictions - No previous drug charges - Positive rental references - Ability to pay rent online (Money order, checks, and cash are not accepted)
